TiE Charter Room: Building Leaders, Culture & Teams for Scale

TiE Delhi-NCR's Charter Room is a small group-mentoring format rather than a stage: three hours over chai in their Qutab Institutional Area office, with TiE charter members (people who have already built and sold companies) in the room to be argued with, not listened to. This session is on the part of scaling nobody warns you about: hiring your first real leaders, keeping culture intact past the point where you know everyone's name, and building teams that hold. ₹500 for TiE and Founders Club members, free for charter members. Come with a specific problem: the format rewards it, and the room is far too small to hide in.
