A Dine & Dialogue on Leadership in the Age of AI The AI Collective Kuala Lumpur × Reimagine Revolution An intimate evening of food, conversation and ideas. As AI changes how we work, create, decide and lead, what happens when we realise that while AI is giving us answers, leadership has never really been about having all the answers. As leaders of Self and Others, what happens if there are other ways? Join us for an evening around the table as we explore leadership in the age of AI not through another presentation about technology, but through conversation, stories, questions and maybe even a little experimentation. Come hungry. Bring your curiosity. And perhaps bring a leadership question you haven't quite figured out yet. About the Evening Ideas have room to wander, and people listen differently, when the conversation flows without formal rigidity. Something emerges from dialogues over a shared meal. There Are Other Ways brings together a small group of leaders, founders, builders, people practitioners, strategists, creatives and curious humans for a Dine & Dialogue about what AI is asking of us as leaders. Inspired by Adele Lim's EPIC: The Musical leadership series, the idea of the journey and the choices we make along the way, is a lens for exploring leadership in a world where intelligence is increasingly abundant. Because while AI can help us find an answer, it doesn't (yet) decide which question is worth asking. And it certainly doesn't decide who we become through the choices we make. What to Expect Good food and easy conversation. An cosy, chic and casual evening dinner setting rather than a coffee shop or meeting room. Real dialogue. No long speeches. No PowerPoint marathon. Just thoughtful prompts and conversations with people who are also figuring things out. A little AI We'll bring AI into the conversation, not as the star of the evening, but as a mirror, a challenger and a welcome conversation partner. A Leadership Lens We'll explore some familiar tensions in a new light:
Intelligence × Wisdom
Answers × Questions
Speed × Reflection
Control × Possibility
Efficiency × Meaning
With the holding theme: What if there are other ways? Why Come? Because the future of leadership is not just about becoming better at using AI. It's also about becoming more intentional about what we use our intelligence for. You might leave with: • a question you hadn't considered before • a different way of looking at a leadership challenge • a new perspective on AI and your own decision-making • a conversation that stays with you beyond dinner • and perhaps one choice you see differently Who Is This For?
