The Lisbon hub of Portugal Tech Week, the country's decentralised tech festival that runs 6 to 15 November across 20+ cities. Five days in one palace: talks, workshops, panels and demos across six tracks plus a dedicated Defense Tech Day, with about 3,000 founders, investors and operators from 50+ countries. It runs on top of Web Summit week, which makes it the cheaper and denser place to actually meet Portuguese funds, accelerators and operators instead of queueing at the Altice Arena.
