Lennard Schmidt is doing exactly that.
As Co-founder and Co-CEO of Langdock, Lennard is building the AI platform that companies use to bring AI to every employee. Langdock lets organisations work with all the leading models in one secure, GDPR-compliant workspace, with chat, agents, workflows and integrations on top. Today more than 13,000 organisations use it, including Merck, Trumpf and GetYourGuide.
Lennard founded Langdock in 2023 with Tobias Kemkes and Jonas Beisswenger, all CODE University alumni. The team went through Y Combinator, raised a seed round led by General Catalyst, and has since become one of Germany's fastest-growing startups, reaching €50M in annual recurring revenue on a fraction of the capital most AI companies raise. In 2026 the company also moved its legal home from the US back to Germany.
At The Delta Campus, he will join Leo Ginsburg for an honest conversation about building in one of the most competitive markets in tech.
