Introspection Session: Processing the Past

In this session, we turn our attention to the past, not to dwell on it, but to understand it more clearly and see what it might reveal about the present.

Through guided journaling and a strategic foresight framework, we will look back at the last seven years of our lives across three dimensions, connect the dots between experiences, and notice the patterns that keep repeating.

  • Reflect on what you want to carry forward and what you may want to leave behind

Who this is for

This session is for women in senior leadership roles and women founders who want to create space to pause, look inward, and make meaning of their own journey.

It may be particularly relevant if you are navigating an important decision or transition, reflecting on what has shaped you, or thinking more intentionally about what comes next.

While the reflection begins individually, meaning-making becomes richer when we do it alongside others. The session brings together a small circle of women leaders to reflect, share, listen, and encounter perspectives beyond our own.
