Building AI That Works: Inside Forward Deployed Engineering
AI creates value when it solves a real problem. But connecting what the technology can do with how a business actually works takes more than code.
AI Collective Dubai invites you to a workshop with ENTROGX exploring Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE): working closely with users to turn business challenges into practical AI solutions.
The session will explore the connection between engineering, business understanding and implementation—and why that combination matters when building with AI.
Understand the problemLook beyond the requested feature to understand the people, workflows and outcomes a solution needs to support.
Bridge business and engineeringExplore how technical teams work alongside users to translate operational challenges into useful solutions.
Build for adoptionConsider what makes a solution fit into everyday work, and how feedback helps improve it.
Whether you’re an engineer, founder, product professional or working on AI adoption within an organisation, come with your questions and a challenge you’re trying to solve.
