How the 4 hours work Phase 1, Foundation: software architecture for non-tech entrepreneurs, simplified. We vote a business idea together, turn it into a Product Requirements Document (PRD) and build it live, while digging into the tools you will use in the workshop. Phase 2, Build Time (2.5 hours): form small teams (or work alone) around complementary ideas and build hands-on with AI tools, with direct support from me and real-time problem solving as you go.
