For this Lisbon Innovators & Entrepreneurs meetup, we'll explore one of the biggest questions facing humanity:
What could a world with intelligence greater than our own actually look like?
We'll go beyond today's AI tools and explore Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), artificial superintelligence, humanity's future, and the opportunities and challenges that could come with creating intelligence beyond our own.
This won't be a technical lecture, and you don't need to be an AI expert. It also won't be a debate about whether AI is simply "good" or "bad." Instead, we'll have an open and relaxed conversation where different perspectives are welcome.

Superintelligence isn't interesting only because of what machines might become. It's interesting because of what it could mean for humanity. Our jobs. Our economies. Our governments. Our relationships. Our creativity. Our purpose. And potentially the direction of civilisation itself. So instead of only asking: “What will AI be capable of?” we'll also ask:
“What kind of world do we want to create with it?”
