Claude Pro or ChatGPT Plus active on your own account. Free plans can't schedule the recurring work and may run out of messages during the build. A Gmail account for the email delivery step. We connect it to your Google account on the day and make sure your AI teammate can receive, read and send emails. YOUR ACCOUNTS AND DATA Everything is built on your account. We never need your password. We only see what you choose to share on your screen. Claude, ChatGPT and Gmail process whatever information you enter under the terms of your own accounts. To be as safe as possible, we recommend not to use any confidential data on the day. FAQ Do I need to know how to code? No. If you can describe the work, we'll help you build the teammate. Nothing on the day requires code. Which should I pick, Claude or ChatGPT? Pick the one you already pay for. Both can set up a teammate that works without you. If you have neither yet, Claude Pro is our default. What if I'm not sure what my AI teammate should do? Send us a message telling us about your work. We'll help you choose the best starting point before the day. What if I can't get mine working? We’re confident we can get your AI teammate running. If its first run isn't working by the end of the final build, one of us will work with you until it is. What does it cost to keep running? Your existing Claude Pro or ChatGPT Plus plan, and nothing else. Gmail delivery uses your own account. Some third-party services in your own work, for example, lead generation may need subscriptions. Can I send a colleague instead? Absolutely. If they’re on a company Claude or ChatGPT account they need to have the right admin settings to set up scheduled tasks and connect third-party apps like Gmail. What if I cancel? Cancel 14 days or more before the event for a full refund. Inside 14 days, send a colleague in your place or move your seat to the next workshop. We don't refund within 14 days. Where exactly is it?
