AI Day Noida is a hands on AI hackathon for individuals interested in building practical AI solutions. The event combines an Open Innovation Challenge, multiple qualification opportunities, and a six hour build sprint.
The event primarily focuses on working professionals and placement ready students in their 3rd and 4th year, while students from any year and academic branch can participate, subject to the selection criteria.
👥 Participation
Solo participation only.Team formation is not allowed.
Participants can come from any academic or professional background. You do not need to be an AI expert. What matters is your ability to understand a problem, develop a solution, use AI meaningfully, and build something functional.
💡 Open Innovation Challenge
Participants must submit a PPT presenting an innovative idea or solution, covering the problem, proposed solution, use of AI, and expected impact.
📑 Submission Window: 13 to 15 September 2026
Every participant who successfully submits the PPT will receive a Certificate of Participation, issued within two days after the hackathon.
🏆 Selection Process
Participants will have multiple opportunities to qualify for AI Day.
Round 1: Initial participants are shortlisted based on their Open Innovation submission.
Round 2: Participants who do not receive a pass in Round 1 get another challenge and an opportunity to qualify.
Round 3: Participants who remain after Round 2 receive a final task to compete for the remaining passes.
Open Innovation → Round 1 → Round 2 → Round 3 → Final Participants
🚨 Final Challenge
The final problem statement that selected participants must implement during AI Day will be released on 19 September at 10:00 PM on Instagram.
Participants can review the challenge and prepare their development environment beforehand, but the actual solution must be built during the event.
🚀 AI Day Build Sprint
20 September 2026 | 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM📍 Paytm Office, Noida
The day will include registration, an AI session, final challenge briefing, build sprint, mentorship, judging, and showcase.
Mentors will support participants with problem understanding, solution design, AI integration, technical challenges, product thinking, and demo preparation.
