South Park Commons India is excited to host Nandan Reddy, Co-founder of Swiggy, as part of our -1 to Now series.

Event Details:

4:30 PM: Doors Open 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Fireside Chat + Q&A6:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Mixer

Nandan Reddy is co-founder of Swiggy, the Bengaluru company that grew from a single neighbourhood into one of India's best-known consumer internet platforms and listed on the stock exchanges in November 2024.

A BITS Pilani physics graduate, Nandan started out in consulting. He was part of the core team at Source Pilani, India's first rural BPO, and built Galla, a cloud POS for restaurants, before co-founding Swiggy with Sriharsha Majety and Rahul Jaimini. Over more than a decade at Swiggy he helped set up its early operations, and he most recently led Crew, its AI concierge offering. In April 2026 he stepped down from the company and its board to start something new.

In this candid -1 conversation, we'll go back to the days before Swiggy was Swiggy. We'll explore what it took to build food delivery in a market with no delivery infrastructure, how to keep inventing as a company scales into new categories, and what it feels like to leave a company you helped build and start again at -1.

This session is designed for builders who want to understand the thinking behind a defining Indian consumer company, not just the headlines. Expect first-principles reasoning and hard-earned lessons.

Who should attend: Founders, engineers, researchers and operators who are drawn to hard problems and the -1 to 0 journey.
