1 pitches for founders in Ho Chi Minh City

It's a quiet stretch in Ho Chi Minh City, with one real builder draw worth your week. The Sea x OpenAI Codex Hackathon on Oct 31 is the standout: a rare chance to build alongside two heavyweight organizers in one room. Otherwise, the OV Saigon x TinyFish dinner on Oct 28 is a low-key option for overseas Vietnamese founders. The next marquee, InnoEx, is far out in August 2027, so use this lull to ship.
