UnternehmerTUM's structured matchmaking evening at the Munich Urban Colab: founders pitch what they're building and the roles they need (co-founder, tech lead, growth, product), and women entrepreneurs and operators in the room signal back. Pre-matching tool, on-site job board, actual facilitation, not just drinks and nametags. If you're actively looking for a co-founder or a strong first hire in Munich and want to meet women in the ecosystem outside the usual VC-adjacent circles, this is the one.
