The open web is a foundation for products across AI agents, search, research, intelligence, and automation. This evening is about the founders turning that information into something useful and the engineering work that makes their products possible.

Join HackerSquad and Bright Data for The Open Web Startup Demo Day, the third event in the Web Data for Startups series. A few startup teams will show their products and explain the data problems they are solving. We'll follow the demos with a panel about building a company around public web data, then open the room for networking.

Come to see how other teams approach data collection and product design, compare notes on the path from a prototype to a dependable service, and meet founders and builders working on related problems.

What we'll explore

  • Products that turn public web data into useful workflows, context, or decisions.

  • Choosing data sources and infrastructure that can grow with the product.

  • Connecting technical choices to customer value, product reliability, and the economics of scaling.

Who this is for

Startup founders, engineers, product builders, and people supporting companies whose products depend on public web data. Bring curiosity about what others are building and a clear view of the problem your own team is trying to solve.

Bright Data Startup Program

Demo teams will also have an opportunity to be selected for Bright Data's Startup Program, which offers $20,000 in Bright Data credits to help scale their product. The series brings together founders building with public web data and the people working on the infrastructure behind those products.
