Tamil Nadu's own technology summit, fifth edition, run by ELCOT for the state government at the Chennai Trade Centre. It is the two days a year when the state's IT ministry, StartupTN, the large Chennai product companies and the startups that want their business are all in one hall, so it is worth going for who is there rather than what is on stage. Founders selling into government, manufacturing or enterprise in South India get more done here than in a quarter of cold outreach, and the startup pavilion and investor sessions are the parts to plan around.
