Turn Your Brand Into a Media Company: A Hands-On Workshop with an Agentic Showrunner

Today, every business has the opportunity to operate like a media company. But producing a consistent stream of high-quality content still requires significant time, resources, and coordination.

Join AI LA and Popcorn for a hands-on workshop exploring how agentic AI is changing video production. Popcorn’s agentic showrunner helps teams research, create, refine, and publish video—not simply as one-off clips, but as an ongoing stream of content shaped by your brand and guided by human judgement.

Adi Sideman, Chief Executive Officer of Popcorn, will introduce the platform and demonstrate the technology in action, and show participants how to brief it effectively. You’ll then use Popcorn to develop a video prototype for a real business, product, or campaign.

We’ll close the evening with a screening and collaborative feedback session featuring work developed during the event.

Evening Schedule

  • 6:30–7:45 PM: Hands-on video creation

  • 7:45–8:20 PM: Participant screening and feedback

What to Bring

Required equipment:

  • A Mac or PC laptop with a current web browser

  • Laptop charger

To get the most from the workshop, we also encourage you to bring any relevant creative and brand materials, including:

  • A business, brand, product, campaign, or video concept you would like to developLogo files

  • Brand colors, fonts, or brand guidelines

  • Product images, screenshots, existing footage, or other approved media

  • Key messaging and relevant source links

  • Target-audience information

  • Voice, tone, or editorial guidelines

  • Examples of content you would like to emulate or improve upon

  • Any legal, rights, brand safety, or approval requirements

Please organize your materials in an easily accessible folder on your laptop before arriving. The stronger your source materials, the more developed your video prototype can be by the end of the evening.

Please arrive with your laptop fully charged and ready to connect to Wi-Fi.
