Move Forward. is an interactive workshop organised as part of The Future of Tech is Female 2026, designed to help women entrepreneurs gain clarity on their business ideas, strengthen their communication and turn their ambitions into concrete action. Whether exploring an initial business idea or already building a startup, entrepreneurs need more than a strong concept. They must understand their business, communicate its value and bring the right people on board. Led by Catie Young, founder of I.CY and experienced communication strategist, the workshop combines insights from her entrepreneurial journey with practical lessons from helping organisations find clarity, strengthen their positioning and move forward. Through hands-on exercises and conversations with other women in tech, participants will challenge assumptions, better understand what matters to customers, partners and supporters, and explore new ways to communicate their ideas effectively. The objective is to help participants leave with fresh perspectives, greater confidence in their message and practical next steps to move their business forward.
