A casual Saturday walk along Woodbine Beach with a small group of Toronto entrepreneurs, founders and people building interesting things. What if meeting other entrepreneurs was simply going for a walk together? That's the idea behind our Founder Walks. We've been organizing them around Toronto's waterfront, and something interesting has been happening. People are returning, bringing friends, exchanging contacts and staying long after the walks finish to continue their conversations. We've now started organizing dinners, special outings and other activities together. So we're bringing the Founder Walk to The Beaches!
What happens?
We meet, make a few quick introductions, and head out for a walk along the Woodbine Beach boardwalk. We keep conversation groups to roughly 5–8 people, with additional hosts when needed. You'll meet people from different backgrounds who are running businesses, building startups, consulting, exploring AI, working on projects or simply interested in entrepreneurship. The conversations are casual and go wherever people take them. No presentations. No awkward networking exercises. No hard selling. The goal isn't to meet 50 people. It's to meet one or two people you genuinely want to stay in touch with.
Who should come?
You'll probably enjoy this if you're curious about other people, interested in business and ideas, enjoy good conversations, and want to expand your circle. You don't need an impressive title or a successful startup. Curious beats impressive.

The Beaches Founder Walk Sunday · 3:00 PM · Harbourfront About 75 minutes walking along the waterfront with a small group of founders, entrepreneurs and business owners. That's basically it. No presentations. No name tags. No awkward networking exercises. No hard selling. Just walk, talk and hopefully meet one or two people you'd actually want to see again. We're keeping the first one small while we figure out what works.
🚩Meetup Location: Toronto Beach Club 📅Saturday schedule 🕛3:00 PM — Arrive / check in 🕛3:15 PM — Introductions Tell us who you are, what you're working on and one interesting way you're using—or want to use—AI. 🕛3:30 PM — Walk begins We'll rotate conversations and introduce a few AI discussion prompts along the route. 🕛Around 4:30 PM — Official finish Many stay afterwards to network. Some people may grab food or a drink afterward.
