We're bringing together five vibrant startup communities for an evening of founder showcases, rapid-fire pitches, meaningful conversations, and a special celebration of Prepare 4 VC's Fall Breakthrough graduates.
Whether you're launching your first venture, scaling your next company, supporting founders, or simply looking to meet people who share your entrepreneurial spirit, Winter Oasis is for you.

5:30–5:40 PM | Welcome to Winter Oasis
We'll kick off the evening with introductions, community announcements, and a look at what's ahead.
5:40–6:00 PM | Startup Showcase
Four startups. Five minutes each. A room full of possibilities.
We're currently searching for founders who want to showcase what they're building!
Selected startups will have three minutes to present their ventures, followed by two minutes of feedback.

6:00–6:10 PM | Startup Grind Boston: 60-Second Lightning Pitches
Have a startup, a big idea, or something exciting you're working on?
Step up to the microphone and tell the room about it in just 60 seconds.
No slides. No judging. Just founders sharing their ideas and making connections.
6:10–6:15 PM | Program Transition
A brief pause as we prepare to celebrate our graduating founders.
6:15–6:40 PM | Prepare 4 VC: Fall Breakthrough Graduation
Celebrate the founders graduating from Prepare 4 VC's Fall 2026 Breakthrough program!
We'll recognize their hard work, hear reflections from the cohort, and celebrate the progress they've made on their entrepreneurial journeys.
6:40–6:45 PM | Panel Transition
6:45–7:30 PM | Featured Panel: Topic to Be Revealed!
We're assembling an exciting group of voices for a conversation you won't want to miss.

Expect thoughtful perspectives, practical insights, and an engaging audience Q&A.
7:30–8:00 PM | Closing Networking
Reconnect with old friends, make new ones, and carry the conversations into the new year.
Calling All Founders!
We're looking for ambitious early-stage founders to participate in our Winter Oasis Startup Showcase.
If you're building something exciting and want to introduce your venture to Boston's startup and investor community, we'd love to hear from you.
Four startups will be selected to present.
Each founder will have three minutes to pitch, followed by two minutes of feedback.

Admission includes access to the evening's programming, networking, pizza, and refreshments.
