54 hours from Friday pitches to Sunday demos: form a team, pick an idea, validate it with real customers, ship an MVP, and present to a jury of local VCs and operators. Run by 351 Portuguese Startup Association in partnership with Techstars and hosted at Le Wagon's Heden Alvalade space, so the mentor pool is the full Lisbon startup bench, not just a corporate panel. Open to anyone from first-time founders to engineers looking for co-founders. Lands the weekend after Web Summit when half the visiting ecosystem is still in town.
