The closing round of Italy's Startup Marathon: ten finalists, five minutes each, three minutes of questions from a jury of business angels, venture capitalists and C-levels. Pitches are scored on traction and roadmap rather than deck design, so it reads as a decent snapshot of what Italian investors are funding right now. Held in the UniCredit Tower event hall in Porta Nuova, with the jury and the nominating incubators still in the room afterwards.
