Most of the SAAF puzzle is in place: the agents, the audit criteria, the shared library. What's left is the hardest part, just like on a cube: solving the last layer without undoing what already works.

On 17 November we go over every agent and the SAAF system as a whole, and close the last gaps.

What we work on

  • Agents: fix what the red teams found and lock each fix in with a test.

  • Criteria: check every agent against its audit criteria. Pass or fail.

  • System: tighten access, logging and sign-off across the framework.
