Guest speaker: Brianna Hairlson, CEO and creative director, Bri's Dance Place
Brianna Hairlson is a three-time founder, author, and speaker who uses joy as a catalyst to activate purpose. A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Howard University, she earned her BBA in Marketing with a minor in Dance and was named a Joseph Scholar and class valedictorian.
Just six months after graduating, and while six months pregnant, Brianna launched Bri’s Dance Place, a Christ-centered dance studio serving dancers of all ages, stages, and abilities. Her innovative spirit led to the creation of Bump N’ Dance, a prenatal dance experience for expectant mothers, which she took on a seven-city tour while dancing up until four days before giving birth.
Today, Bri’s Dance Place is nationally and internationally recognized for its commitment to age-appropriate choreography, music, and costuming, and its impact-driven approach to the arts. The studio has been featured in the Fiverr Future Collective and Road to RISE, and has served over 2,000 dancers and families while securing more than $200,000 in social impact grants and services.
Above all, Brianna is deeply committed to family. She and her husband, Paul, are raising three children, Paul II, Brayden, and Parker, while building a legacy rooted in faith, purpose, and community impact.
