This program examines whether quantum processes in neural structures, observer effects, and non-classical information dynamics can account for subjective experience, and what that would mean for building conscious machines, understanding the mind, and reinterpreting physical law.

Hosted by M31 Capital during Austin Deep Tech Week, the afternoon convenes researchers who have spent decades testing these questions at the intersection of quantum mechanics, neuroscience, and emerging device technology. Attendees will hear directly from the scientists advancing Orch-OR theory, quantum-biocomputing architectures, the experimental research record on various psi phenomenon such as remote viewing, out of body experiences, retrocausality, mind-matter interactions, random number generatos, and philosophical frameworks that link technology, culture, and mind. The room will include physicists, engineers, founders, and investors.

This is a topic fraught with subjective interpretation and bias, and this discussion will remain rigorously footed in science, experimental data, and historical record, to draw well founded conclusions about the frontiers of the unknown in consciousness and its relationship to physical reality.
