An evening for Berlin's People, Culture & Community leaders

A chance to step away from the usual workday and spend an evening with the people behind Berlin's People, HR, People Ops, Culture and Community teams.

We're bringing everyone together at The Delta Campus for a relaxed evening of good food, drinks and conversation - with a little tour of the campus along the way.

The evening moves up through the building, floor by floor, before we gather for our main event on the rooftop, a fireside chat with Stephanie Frenzel, Chief People Officer at HomeToGo.

Stephanie leads people strategy at HomeToGo, one of Berlin's best-known tech companies, with around 1,500 people across 30 countries. Before that she held senior People roles at Solaris and Zalando - so she's built and led people functions inside some of the city's largest and fastest-moving organisations.

In this fireside we'll cover the things most of this room is wrestling with: what holds a culture together as a company scales, how the People function earns a real seat in the business rather than a service desk, leading teams through change and uncertainty, and what's actually being asked of People leaders in 2026.

A proper conversation, not a keynote - followed by open Q&A, then cocktails, city views and plenty of time to compare notes, make connections and talk about what's coming up for the rest of the year.

Places are limited and we're curating the room carefully - we're only able to accept People and HR leaders and executives running growing & scaling organisations, so that the conversation stays useful for everyone in it.
