OpenAI's first Bengaluru DevDay Exchange: a half-day, application-only gathering where OpenAI product and engineering teams run technical sessions on the latest APIs, Codex workflows and agent patterns, with real-world project showcases from the top founders and developers who were invited in. Format is deliberately small and hands-on. Codex office hours, not keynotes. Bengaluru is one of eight global cities (Tokyo, Seoul, Berlin, Paris, London, São Paulo, Mexico City are the others) on the 2026 run, so the India room selects hard against the applicant pool. If you are shipping on the OpenAI stack, this is the single highest-signal day of the year to be in the same room as the people who build what you build on.
