Here's the plan: A friendly hello, a comfortable walk and actual conversations. Walking is the default; a gentle jog is optional. No slides, no forced intros, no unsolicited sales pitches. One optional icebreaker: “Who or what made your conference week better?”

Do not send or upload your ticket QR code. The meetup itself is FREE; registering here does not provide a Devcon ticket.

Exact entrance and out-and-back route will be confirmed after local inspection and access checks. This is not inside the Devcon venue. 👟 Bring: Water, comfortable shoes and a charged phone. 👥 Open registration; no fixed attendee cap.
