Ten teams picked from more than 1,200 applicants pitch for business partnerships with the NTT Group and strategic capital. The judging panel pairs NTT senior executives with Takeshi Ebihara of Rebright Partners and Kuan Hsu of Synexia Ventures, so the room is as useful for the questions in Q&A as for the prize. Attendance is free but tightly capped, and the mix of enterprise buyers, Japanese and regional VCs under one roof is unusual for a Jakarta Wednesday afternoon.
