We’ll talk about finding interns, creating worthwhile projects, providing actual mentorship, and using AI to make the process easier - not to eliminate the human being you could be teaching!!
Because yes, AI is useful. But maybe we shouldn’t let it take over the entire economy and remove every opportunity for people to learn how to work!!!
