Democracy is about the consent of the governed. In the Internet age, that now means voting not just with your ballot, but your feet. So: if you’re one of the democratic capitalists of the Internet, come vote with your feet for new communities by joining us at this year's Network State Conference in Singapore on October 9.
In more detail, our conference is for those interested in founding, funding, and finding startup societies and network states. Speakers include Ethereum founder Vitalik Buterin, Zcash cofounder Zooko Wilcox, Unqualified Reservations author Curtis Yarvin, Former Thiel Capital Managing Director Eric Weinstein, Floodgate founder Mike Maples, NEAR cofounder Illia Polosukhin, Dragonfly GP Haseeb Qureshi, Bankless cofounder David Hoffman, Paxos cofounder Chad Cascarilla, Polychain founder Olaf Carlson-Wee, and Binance CEO Richard Teng.
This year's conference also features addresses by senior officials from the Republic of Kazakhstan, including His Excellency Zhaslan Madiyev, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan; His Excellency Sayasat Nurbek, Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan; and Mr. Bayan Konirbayev, Deputy CEO of the Alatau City Authority, Kazakhstan's first crypto city.As a cornerstone of financial privacy, Zcash has consistently been featured at the Network State Conference. This year's events will expand on that coverage, beginning with a Zcash Zummit, with speakers including Zcash cofounder Zooko Wilcox, Zcash cofounder Sean Bowe of Tachyon, Zodl founder Josh Swihart, Vizor founder Josh Lee, Zakura cofounder Dev Ojha, Valar Group's Evan Forbes, Winklevoss Capital's Maxime Desalle, and Zcash Labs' Tom Howard.
The full conference includes talks on startup societies, network states, digital nomadism, competitive government, legalizing innovation, and internet-first institutions. You'll watch presentations by startup society founders from around the world, explore them, and find the community that best fits you.The Network State Conference is held in sunny Singapore on October 9, 2026, right after Token2049, at level 5 of the Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre.
