TuJU got Malaysians talking about navigation. If you've caught yourself saying “I could build something better,” bring your laptop.

We're putting that confidence to the test in a half-day hackathon. Your challenge is to build a navigation app for a real Malaysian journey, put it online, and get people outside your team to try it.

Use your favourite AI coding tools and existing mapping and routing services. By the end, your team needs:

  • A working app people can open on their phones.

  • Five people outside your team who have tried it.

  • A short demo

  • A public post on social media selling your app

Judging will be by

  • Technical complexity

  • Public engagement

  • UI/UX and design

Developers, designers and people who can help a product reach users are welcome. Come with a team or find one on the day.
