​The Mentor Circles

Most networking events stay on the surface. This is designed to go deep. Join us for an evening dedicated to support you reduce your blindspots as a Engineer / Product. We are bringing together a hand-picked group of seasoned Engineering Hiring managers for a structured mentoring circles.

Instead of a typical Q&A, we are facilitating a series of intimate, high-velocity mentor circles. You’ll have the opportunity to sit down with experts to learn about the other side of the table, hiring process, get feedback on your CV or projects in small circles, ask about interview questions and get support in navigating the current hiring landscape.

About Employed.world:

We support the Tech jobseeker community in Berlin by connecting them with empathic mentors, job coaches, and professionals who are currently working - or have worked - in companies across the city and have been involved in hiring. We also connect you with current hiring managers, giving you the chance to receive guidance and feedback tailored to your personal challenges.While speaking with job seekers, we’ve learned that many lack clear, honest feedback on their profiles and applications. Some need help identifying their strengths so they can stand out among hundreds of candidates. Others feel there just aren’t enough relevant opportunities and wonder: what’s the strategy to find—or even create—the right role for you?We also offer a 1:1 mentorship program funded by the Agentur für Arbeit/Jobcenter, through the job center.
