Many women reach midlife having spent decades building elaborate systems to compensate for things they didn't realize were part of their neurodivergent brains.

Then something changes: a diagnosis, a career transition, burnout, entrepreneurship, menopause, or simply reaching a point where the old ways of coping stop working.

What if the answer isn't to get better at fitting ourselves into existing systems—but to build systems that fit us?

Join moderator Holly Bragdon and five late-discovered neurodivergent women—Tricia Smith, Amanda Baker, Kelly Woznicki, and Aspen White—for a candid conversation about using AI to create the scaffolding, structure, thinking support, and accountability their brains actually need.

We'll talk about what changed after diagnosis, what disappeared when traditional workplace scaffolding disappeared, where AI genuinely helps, where it doesn't, and what it looks like to make technology adapt to the person instead of the other way around.

No AI expertise required. Come curious, leave with ideas you can actually try.

Tricia Smith is an AI business strategist and founder of The Jule Group. A former nonprofit Executive Director with 20 years of experience across organizational leadership, operations, talent, and technology, she helps nonprofits and small businesses redesign how they work with AI while protecting human judgment, culture, and the people they serve.

Amanda Baker is a learning and development leader, leadership coach, and founder of Collaborative Sage. With 15+ years across corporate, nonprofit, and consulting environments, she focuses on compassionate leadership, trust-building, and creating the conditions for people to have more honest and productive conversations.

Kelly Woznicki is a human-centered product leader and founder of Empire of Light. With 15+ years of experience helping teams solve complex problems and bring ambitious ideas to life, she explores the intersection of human-centered design, consciousness, collective intelligence, and emerging technology—and how AI can become a tool for thinking rather than simply doing more.

Aspen White is the CEO of AerwareAI, where she leads the development of more efficient and accessible AI infrastructure. A founder and technologist, she works at the intersection of advanced technology, sustainability, and human impact, and is also involved with TriMagnetix, which is developing more energy-efficient computing technology. Aspen brings a builder’s perspective to the conversation about how AI can—and should—work differently for the people using it.
