Join us for an evening of meaningful conversations about building products, driving growth, and turning ideas into action.

The meetup is free and open to anyone interested in product and growth. The format will be relaxed and participatory—no long presentations and no pressure. Come to connect, exchange experiences, ask questions, or simply listen and learn.

6:30–6:40 PM | WelcomeA short introduction to the community and the evening’s format.

6:40–7:30 PM | Connect in groupsJoin small, topic-based conversations about product, growth, experimentation, careers, or questions proposed by participants.

We’ll begin by collecting topics from the room, with a few prompts prepared to help us get started. Choose the conversation that interests you most. You may stay with your group or move to another table at any time—there are no forced rotations. The goal is to let meaningful conversations develop naturally.

7:30–7:40 PM | Short break

7:40–8:20 PM | Spotlight and Q&AHear short, practical stories from community members who would like to share an initiative, product experiment, approach, lesson, or challenge.

If you have something you think the community would find valuable, you can prepare up to five short slides. Please contact Vy Nie in advance to request a speaking slot so that we can coordinate the agenda and prepare the projector.

8:20–8:50 PM | Connect as a communityContinue the conversations, exchange contacts, and explore potential collaborations through open networking.

8:50–9:00 PM | Closing reflectionsWe’ll close with a few takeaways from the evening, community updates, and a group photo.

You do not need to be an experienced product leader or prepare anything before joining. Just bring your curiosity, questions, and experiences.

Language

The meetup will be bilingual: English and Vietnamese. Participants are welcome to speak in whichever language feels most comfortable.

Venue and refreshments

The meetup will take place in a café reserved for our group, giving us a comfortable and focused environment for conversations. The surrounding area is also quiet.

Light refreshments will include:

  • Mini croissants

  • Cold brew

  • Matcha

Since the meetup takes place during dinner time, we recommend having dinner beforehand. We’ll provide drinks and light snacks, but not a full meal.
