The closing pitch morning of Kotak BizLabs Season 2, the bank-backed accelerator T-Hub runs for Indian startups past the idea stage. Fourteen companies present, and the cohort is unusually hardware-heavy for India: autonomous marine systems, warehouse robotics, aerospace, cold chain for farm produce, battery materials, remote physiotherapy. Kotak's own teams, T-Hub's corporate partners and investors fill the room, so it is a cheap way to see what is being built outside SaaS and to meet the people writing cheques for it.
