The 6th edition of India's open-source festival — 2,500+ people across talks, devrooms, workshops and product showcases, with a track that deals head-on with funding and sustainability of open-source projects. For a devtools or infra founder this is the most concentrated room in India of maintainers, early adopters and the technical hires you cannot reach through a recruiter. It is a community festival, not a vendor expo: the demos are people showing what they actually built, and the hallway conversations are unusually candid about what does and does not work commercially on top of open source.
