This Month's Workshop: Building Real Products, Not SaaS-slop - A Case Study From the Legal Field

Speaker: Soheil Ebadat

Generic software sells to everyone and solves no one's problem well—and AI is falling into the same trap, with thin wrappers that demo well and deliver little. The best tools come from deep domain expertise and a problem worth obsessing over.

We'll dig into a real case study from the legal field: a niche problem most platforms would ignore, and the tailored solution that fixed it. But the build is only half of it—the real value is the methodology for spotting problems like it inside your own industry.

You'll leave with a repeatable way to find the high-value, overlooked problems that off-the-shelf tools miss—and know when it's worth building something real instead.

Come ready to look at your industry differently.
