HBS's student-run energy and climate day at Klarman Hall pulls climate founders, operators and investors into one room for a tight day of panels and a climate-tech pitch competition. Keynotes this year include Lord Browne (BeyondNetZero, former BP CEO) in the morning and Rick Needham (CCO, Commonwealth Fusion Systems) in the afternoon, with sessions on grid resilience, clean energy innovation and the policy and security dynamics reshaping the sector. The pitch slot puts standout climate tech startups in front of VCs and industry leaders. If you're building or investing in energy or climate out of Boston, it's a dense half-day you don't need to travel for.
