Two days building on Stellar in Lisbon, run by the Stellar Development Foundation with up to $30,000 in XLM across the Genesis (new ideas) and Scale (existing projects) tracks. Travel support is available for selected participants, team formation help for solo applicants, and mentors from across the Stellar ecosystem on-site. It is application-only, which keeps the room to builders rather than tourists; a solid pick if you want to ship something on-chain in a weekend and leave with a working prototype and new co-founders.
