The tenth edition of Carnegie India's flagship summit, co-hosted with the Ministry of External Affairs, on how technology and geopolitics now shape each other: this year framed around de-risking, supply-chain realignment and India's position in the Global South. It is a policy room, not a pitch room, and that is exactly why it belongs on a Delhi founder's calendar: if your roadmap depends on chips, export controls, cross-border data or AI regulation, the people who decide those things are in this building for three days. Being in the capital is the Delhi ecosystem's structural advantage over Bangalore and this is the clearest expression of it. Skip it if you are building a consumer app; go if a policy change could kill or make your company.
