His work centers on the gap most organizations miss in their AI strategy, the distance between what AI generates and what actually gets implemented well, and how founders and operators build human judgment into AI-driven workflows so strategy moves from insight to execution.

Dimitri Appel is an AI Automation Engineer at Gcore and an independent AI consultant. At Gcore, he leads AI enablement and adoption across RevOps, Sales, and Marketing, helping move AI from experimentation into production workflows, internal tools, and everyday work. As a consultant, he helps businesses identify where AI and automation can create meaningful value, decide what is worth building, and turn those opportunities into practical, working solutions.

Raphael Gernot
"An AI Guardian for Your Health: How to Build One That Answers Only to You".
Raphael builds self-sovereign healthcare infrastructure. He founded HCVC.net, where he developed the Healthspan Node, a personal health OS that runs on personal hardware, and ProForta, an AI-powered health guardian app that works to improve its owner's health while keeping their health data private. Raphael acts as architect and reviewer for the system, which is built with a team of AI coding agents. Before this, he co-founded XapiX, a Berlin-based data interoperability startup, and was CEO of Omnia Molecular, a Barcelona-based biotech. He is a molecular/computational biologist by training.
