The 21st Munich edition of the global format: three speakers, no slide decks, honest stories of professional failure. The Munich chapter has run for years out of WERK1 and the crowd is a mix of founders, builders and the people who ran the earlier WERK1 batch and are now operating. Easily the city's most honest evening about what actually breaks a company, and the one you send a first-time founder to before they romanticise failure.
