Frontier Fellowship: The Rise of Robotics and Physical AI
This is the second of three open events kicking off Frontier Fellowship, a new program by Startup Hungary for potential deep tech founders, university spin-outs, and researchers exploring what it takes to build a venture-scale company.
The closed fellowship cohort is a separate thing: it starts in January 2027 and has its own selective application process (more info and application: https://frontier.startuphungary.io/ ).
Robotics is leaving research labs for the real world. Benedek Tasi (Allonic) and Benedek Forrai (mimic) talk about their first steps and what they learned early on: spinning off, building a team and raising their first rounds.
Best for: students, engineers, researchers, and anyone with a scientific / technical background or interest in deep tech, curious about startups — even if you're not sure yet whether it's for you.
