-About us- Founders Running Club (FRC) brings founders, investors, tech, creative people and startup enthusiasts together for weekly easy runs and networking. Started in San Francisco in 2022, FRC is now in 65+ cities with over 50,000 members, and Tokyo became the first chapter in Japan in August 2026. We like to be comfortable when we run and finish with coffee and conversations.
Founders Running Club（FRC）は、ファウンダーや投資家、スタートアップ／クリエイティブ界隈の人たちが集まるコミュニティ。2022年にサンフランシスコで始まり、今では世界65都市・5万人以上。2026年8月、東京が日本初のチャプターとしてローンチ。土曜の朝に5km走って、そのままカフェで喋る。進行は英語だけど、流暢じゃなくてもOK。

-Who is FRC Tokyo for?- Ambitious people who'd rather have fun than sit through another formal networking event. Some people here are already building a company. Others are thinking about starting one, looking to change direction in their career, or stuck on a decision and wanting advice from people who've been there. Some just want to be around people who push them a little. All of them are welcome. No name tags, no presentations. Just a 5K at a pace where you can actually talk, and coffee after.
FRC東京はどんな人向け？ 起業している人、これから起業を考えている人、キャリアを変えたい人、いま迷っていて誰かの意見が欲しい人。刺激が欲しい、何か変えたい、という人。海外のスタートアップ界隈に触れたい人や、英語を使う機会が欲しい人も。名札も、かしこまったプレゼンもなし。会話できるペースで5km走って、そのままカフェへ。
