The Fitzwilliam AI Circle is bringing its invite-only reading group to Dublin AI Week for an afternoon on AI agents.

The discussion draws on the Hugging Face AI Agents Course, a free course covering agent fundamentals, tools, actions and observations, plus frameworks including smolagents, LlamaIndex and LangGraph.

This is a prepared technical discussion, not a general AI meetup. Please review the material before applying and come with one idea, question or disagreement you want the room to examine.

Format

  • Close discussion of the assigned material

  • Questions about how agents reason, use tools and fail

  • Ideas worth carrying into the technical lab on 5 October

Attendance is limited to people who have done the relevant preparation. Applications are reviewed individually. Joining the waitlist does not confirm a place.
