This workshop brings together the ETA community to talk about the ETA journey through a woman’s lens. The event will feature women across the full arc of ETA — those evaluating whether to search, currently searching, and leading the companies they acquired.

The first panel addresses questions that precede a search: how to assess readiness, whether searching is the right path, and how to prepare effectively, with panelists including both searchers who completed acquisitions and those who did not.

The second panel examines the experience during and after a search, from managing competing personal and professional responsibilities to the day-to-day reality of the search process and the demands of the CEO role, featuring operators and investors who have navigated these transitions firsthand.

Dedicated networking time is built into the evening, before and following the panels. The event is open to all. Those who check in upon arrival will receive a discount code for the 2026 Booth-Kellogg ETA Conference.
