If you are considering a partnered entrepreneurship through acquisition (ETA) search, this workshop is for you.

Join Keziah Robinson as she walks you through choosing the right partner for your search based on your own strengths and weaknesses.

  • Preparing You for Partnership. Starting a business partnership starts long before you say “I do”, personal and professional. Participants will leave with clearer insight into their partnership style and what they truly need to thrive.

  • Navigating Conflict. Great partnerships aren’t conflict-free, but they manage conflict well. This session uncovers the most common expressions of tension between founders and partners, from “blame and shame” to stonewalling and defensiveness. We’ll introduce practical frameworks and tools to navigate conflict productively.

  • Laying the Groundwork. Participants will also engage in an initial “ways of partnering” exercise to clarify how they want to work together. You’ll leave with actionable strategies to build durable, resilient relationships.
