Talks
Talk 1: Building Scalable AI Personalization Beyond the Chatbot
Speaker: Denis Sigal (Founder and CEO, antisilo)
Abstract: While generative AI chatbots make single-message copywriting easy, scaling outbound growth up to thousands of messages requires a programmatic, disciplined, data-driven architecture. This session describes a specific part of GTM Engineering: automated AI copywriting.
In particular, we will explore how automated AI workflows replace standard chat interfaces to optimize cost and time efficiency, relevance, and deliverability.
Focusing on system design and practical results, we will dissect critical production trade-offs: evaluating frontier vs. flash models, weighing open-weights against proprietary LLMs, enforcing structured JSON outputs, managing API error rates, and maintaining prompt instruction compliance at scale. Attendees will leave with a concrete blueprint for building resilient GTM pipelines that convert raw intent data into hyper-personalized, high-converting outreach.
Bio: Denis is a French tech entrepreneur based in Tokyo, with over ten years of experience leading go-to-market strategies for SaaS companies across Europe and Asia. Fluent in English, Japanese, and French, with a background in both business management and web development, he focuses on reducing go-to-market friction by designing agentic tools that empower individuals. His work bridges the gap between technology and sales execution, bringing a practical, field-tested perspective to tech-driven entrepreneurship. Currently building antisilo, a multi-channel sales messaging app.
Talk 2: Be the Answer: A Practical Guide to AIO
Speaker: Ignacio Dávalos (AI Marketing Specialist)
Abstract: Search has fundamentally changed, shifting from providing a list of ten links to delivering a single, definitive AI-generated answer. If a brand is not included in that answer, it remains invisible to the buyer. This presentation explores AI Optimization (AIO), detailing exactly how to make your brand findable, understandable, and citable by modern AI platforms. The session introduces the “4P AIO Playbook,” a strategic, 30-day cycle covering Prompt, Proof, Presence, and Pipeline. Attendees will learn how to map the specific questions buyers ask AI, publish the verifiable data AI looks for, appear on the third-party sites AI already reads, and ultimately turn AI visibility into measurable revenue. The talk also provides practical toolsets for every budget, ensuring brands can immediately apply these Generative Engine Optimization strategies.
Bio: Ignacio Dávalos is a Tokyo-based AI Marketing Specialist focusing on AI Optimization (AIO) and autonomous AI agents. With 18 years of marketing experience across global companies including NetSuite, L’Oréal, Gengo, Lionbridge, and Custom Media, he helps brands get found and cited in the new era of AI search. Beyond building market entry strategies for Japan and the APAC region, he is a beginner chess player and a proud dad to twin daughters, Emma and Maya.
Talk 3: How Do Google Rankings Relate to AI Search Visibility? Research from 1,000 Japanese Keywords
Speaker: Shohei Omoto (SEO/GEO Specialist)
Abstract: Do brands that rank higher on Google also appear more often in AI-generated answers? And what other factors are associated with brand mentions? This study explores these questions using 1,000 Japanese keywords with measurable search volume across five industries, along with corresponding prompts for AI search. It examines the relationship between Google search rankings and two aspects of AI search visibility, brand mentions and source citations. The analysis also looks at the characteristics of frequently mentioned brands, including domain authority, branded search volume, backlinks, and social media metrics.
Bio: Shohei Omoto is a Tokyo-based SEO/GEO specialist with 14 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing, as well as 5 years of experience as a web developer. He has led SEO and growth marketing initiatives for global brands including IKEA, Royal Canin, and Burton in Japan, and has also worked at a digital agency in Hawaii. Over the past three years, his work has expanded into Python-based data analysis and applied AI automation.
