Endeavor takes its network of scale-up founders out of the city for three days at a resort in Ibiúna, about an hour from São Paulo. The format is closer to a retreat than a conference: talks, small group sessions, long meals and enough time off the clock that people actually talk about what is going wrong in their companies.
