eChai Startup Demo Day: Mumbai

eChai's Mumbai demo day is the format they have been running since 2009: a small, round-table room where early-stage founders show live product (not slides) and get working feedback from peers and the odd angel. Two hours on a Saturday morning at DevX Dynasty in Andheri East, no pitch deck theatre, no sponsors on stage. The crowd self-selects for people who are actually building, which is the entire point: you leave with specific product feedback and a handful of operators to text later, not a stack of business cards.
